Our Milestones
With our continued and consistent efforts we have steadily become a known name in the industry:
- On 31st Jan 2010 we developed and released Enterprise Management System 2.0. using the tool any enterprise can automate their process and business functionality such as purchase, sales, inventory, production, asset, office management system and employee management
- On 15th Jan 2009 we launched our first version of Enterprise Management System 1.0 targeting various SMEs. The product helps in building rapid client deployment architecture and can be used within a few days of production
- On 4th August 2008 we released e-procurement version 5.1 which is system developed by us as a SaaS (Software As A Service) mode, catering to various Singapore Hospitals. This version is highly scalable, multifacet system, decoupled vendor-buyer architecture with lateral feature growth at both buyer and vendor fronts
- On 15th March 2008 we developed and launched the first version of Vcidex Document Management System which is a tool helping users to scan directly, store documents, index documents and set privileges to access those documents

Ramachandran K - Solution Architect
Mr. Ramachandran is our senior Consultant who is Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a post graduate degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Marketing. His responsibilities include product strategy, market positioning, business analysis, relationship building, company direction and vision. He has strong capabilities and talent in converting client’s business needs into IT solutions using any technology and flawless project delivery. Managing interpersonal skills at workplace is also a forte of Mr. Ramachandran as he is highly proficient in empowering employees and involves them in the decision making process.
He has worked in the following fields:
- Developing and implementing critical applications in financial sectors using FIX, SWIFT, EDI, Rule Engine, Queuing and EAI technologies
- Part of the team involved in developing applications for eminent organization such as Sony, Singapore Stock Exchange, Sybase, Bank of Thailand, Singapore Immigration, DBS Bank, Citibank India, Fullerton India, Tiger Airways, National Healthcare Group-Singapore

A. K. M Ismail - Director
Mr. Ismail has a 30 years of valuable experience and infuses a proactive and results-oriented approach into the organization. He is based out of London and oversees strategic business development for Vcidex.
Mr. Ismail graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1984 and his extensive industry experience includes:
- DBS Bank, Singapore (1984- 1993) initially as an international loans officer and then in the real estate unit of the corporate banking division, rising to the rank of assistant Vice President
- Real estate unit of Citibank, Singapore (1993-2001) was promoted to Vice President and then became a Director (and later head) of Citibank's Offshore Business Unit. In 1999 he became the Head of its Restructuring and Recapitalization Unit where he managed the bank's portfolio of credit intensive deals which required restructuring and recapitalization efforts.
- Managing Director of Asia Pacific Investments PLC (2001-2008) working both in London and Singapore involved in restructuring and project finance. He was responsible for arranging the project finance for the mining transactions of the group.
- Conducted many courses for Singapore's Institute of Banking and Finance (1988-1994) in fields of real estate, project finance and capital markets. Since then he has still been conducting regular seminars in-house.
